Who We Are

Paden & Bletscher Construction is a California-based general contractor with deep roots in the Central Valley and a reputation for delivering commercial construction with care, consistency, and craftsmanship. Founded in 2012 by Rick Paden and Steve Bletscher—longtime colleagues at Michael R. Tolladay Corporation -
PBC was built to carry on a legacy of integrity, professionalism, and performance.

Leadership & Legacy

With more than 50 years of combined industry experience, Rick and Steve set the foundation for a company built on trust and relationships. Today, that tradition continues with Rick’s son, Alex Paden, stepping into a leadership role. A graduate of California State University Fresno with a degree in Construction Management, Alex brings hands-on field experience and a next-generation perspective to the company’s future.
