Paden & Bletscher Construction was founded in 2012 by Rick Paden & Steve Bletscher. Retiring after over 30 years, Michael R. Tolladay built and sustained a highly successful business based on a foundation of quality, honesty and dependability. Having been a part of Tolladay Corporation for over 20 years, Rick and Steve will continue that tradition as Paden & Bletscher Construction.
